Do you offer real-time ProSticks data?
Currently, ProSticks data are delayed according to the stock exchange regulations. However, real-time streaming quotations are available with our subscription packages.
What markets are currently covered?
We currently provide market data from the AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ, NASDAQ OTCBB, NASDAQ OTHER OTC, TSX, TSX Venture, and most North American indices. Market data for the foreign exchange and Hong Kong markets are also available.
Where can I find more information about ProSticks?

How often are the quotes and charts updated?
After the delayed interval as specified by the different exchanges, market data is updated continuously throughout the day.
What is the source of your market data?
Data is currently provided by ComStock, a division of Interactive Data Corp, and formerly operated as Standard & Poor's ComStock.
Are pre-market and after-hours trades provided?
Unfortunately, extended hours trading is currently unavailable with ProSticks.
What are the recommended hardware settings?
Recommended System requirements: Pentium II or Celeron class running at 400Mhz or higher, and a monitor that supports 1024x768 with a color depth of 32 bits or higher resolution. 128MB of RAM for Windows 95/98, and 256MB of RAM for Windows NT/2000/XP.
What is the recommended speed for my Internet connection?
We recommend a connection of 56K bps or higher. 28.8K modems are acceptable, but you may experience slightly longer response times.
